Combine the water, a pinch of salt, and the margarine in a
pan and set it on the stove. Once it comes to a boil, add
all of the flour at once, and stir vigorously with a wooden
spoon.
Remove the pan from the heat and continue to stir until you
have a soft, stretchy dough. Cover the dough and let stand
for 15 minutes. Pour the dough into a pastry bag with a
large mouth tip (can be any design you want).
Fry the farturas in hot oil, squeezing the dough out in
circles in the oil. Fry until lightly brown, turning
over if necessary.
Remove the farturas to paper towel to drain the excess oil,
and cover with cinnamon and sugar while still hot.
